We chose this accommodation for great prices. The accommodation was luxurious located next to the shops, and harbour, that's what we was expecting. The location was indeed perfect, in the middle of the city. All of the staff were helpful. Everything was nice and we got ironing for free. Food for breakfast was good...

Nice comfy base for travelling to Porthmadog and sightseeing. Unbeatable and magnificent setting just next door to the centre of Porthmadog, all the landmarks and shops, and restaurants, shops and pubs.

The location of Banc Apartment 1 was fantastic! Situated on a vibrant high street, it offered easy access to all amenities. The restaurant owned by the friendly owner, Steve, was a delightful treat with delicious cocktails and a diverse menu to cater to all dietary preferences. The surrounding scenery and local beaches were absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations, with spacious and private rooms that provided ample comfort. The price was unbeatable for the quality and size of the apartment. It was impeccably clean and stylish, with homely touches that added to the cozy atmosphere. The bathroom was massive and the shower was fantastic. The beds were incredibly comfortable with memory foam mattresses. The photos online didn't do justice to how beautiful the apartment truly was. The added bonus of the restaurant downstairs was a great convenience. The location was excellent, and though there was some traffic noise in the morning, it didn't detract from our enjoyable stay. The availability of parking spaces at the back was a definite plus. Compared to other options in the area, Banc Apartment 1 offers exceptional value for money. I genuinely didn't want to leave as it felt even better than my own home!

The only minor drawback was that the sofa wasn't very comfortable, lacking support for the back and neck. I also experienced an issue with the audio when streaming apps via the TVs, which I mentioned to Steve upon departure.

The sheer amount of space in the apartment is jaw-dropping and it feels like a home from home. The bathroom is one of the largest I have ever seen and the beds are so comfy. The central heating keeps you warm and cozy. The restaurant downstairs is a lovely treat with GREAT cocktails and food for everyone's dietary needs. The scenery and beaches in the area are stunning. Our host was welcoming without intruding on our privacy. We highly recommend this place!

Oh, the nearest airport being Anglesey Airport was such a disappointment. I was really looking forward to a long, scenic drive to the airport.

Just returned from a New Year's stay at this place and I must say, the location was spot on! Right in the heart of town, close to all the shops and restaurants. We also had the added bonus of a parking space at the back, which was great. The apartment itself was recently renovated and it showed. The kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, making it easy to cook meals. The three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds were a real treat. And the bathroom? It was huge, definitely one of the largest I've ever seen in a holiday rental.

The weather was not on our side during our stay, but that's out of anyone's control. the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable.
